Mike is Vice President, and health and welfare consultant with twenty years experience in the health benefits and managed care fields. Mike’s background includes providing consultive services to local and national employers on their benefit and related human resource programs. His experience includes plan evaluation and development, carrier negotiations and installation of indemnity and managed care programs. Supplementing his extensive background, Mike co-chaired the development of the St. Mary Coalition on Healthcare and remains as Chairman for the group today. He also serves as Senior Consultant for the Allegheny County Health Insurance Consortium.
Prior to joining Aon, Mike served as Manager for National Accounts with Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania. During his Tenure he was responsible for a business unit of 110,000 employee contracts and $265 million in annualized premium.
Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and MBA in Economics at Robert Morris College. He is a member of the Pittsburgh Association of Group Executives and Pittsburgh Life Underwriters Association.

Diana is a Health & Welfare Consultant in the Pittsburgh office of Aon Consulting, Inc. She has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. Diana’s background includes working for several local health insurance carriers, and an employee benefits consulting firm.
Diana’s professional experience includes providing clients with a wide range of assistance including plan evaluation and development, carrier negotiations and installation, ongoing servicing of claims, annual renewal and cost analysis.
Diana is currently working towards her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
Charles J. Streiff

Mr. Streiff is a shareholder in the Pittsburgh law firm of Wick, Streiff, Meyer, O’Boyle & Szeligo, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University (1966 – B.S. Ed.), and law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (1973 – Juris Doctor), while serving as a member of the Law Review. Following Law School, he served as a Law Clerk for Judge Gwilym A. Price, Jr. of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Streiff has practiced law for 29 years, specializing in representing multiemployer Health and Welfare Funds and Pension Funds. He also provides legal services to clients in transportation matters and administrative law, including representation before the Surface Transportation Board (formerly the Interstate Commerce Commission) and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Mr. Streiff has also litigated various matters for multiemployer Health & Welfare Funds and Pension Funds before the Pennsylvania and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. He is rated AV (the highest rating) by the Marindale & Hubbell lawyer rating service. Mr. Streiff is a frequent lecturer on multiemployer plan matters and transportation law, and has published various articles in legal and trade periodicals concerning multiemployer plan, transportation and public utility law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny and Federal Bar Associations. Mr. Streiff served as a Captain in the United States Air Force (1966 – 1970) as an Intelligence Officer, with assignments in Texas, South Carolina and Turkey.
John M. Yanak

John has provided audit, accounting and consulting services to privately held business in numerous industries, as well as not-for-profit organizations, including educational institutions, trade associations and community services groups. His experience includes providing a variety of financial statement services and assisting business owners with business plans, acquisition services and general business consulting services. He has served as an acting chief financial officer for companies during the closing of offices/operations and during periods of difficulty when the companies required expertise above that available in their own organizations. Additionally, John has assisted a number of companies in the region through workouts and reorganizations, including formal proceedings under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. He has also assisted clients in obtaing financing and negotiating with lenders. John graduated from Grove City College in 1979 with honors in Accounting and joined an international accounting firm in Pittsburgh. He later enrolled in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and obtained an MBA in Finance. He returned to public accounting, emphasizing service to privately held businesses and their owners as well as not-for-profit entities. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. John is active in Rotary International, in which he has served in a variety of leadership roles. He is also involved in numerous community and not-for-profit organizations. He is periodically called upon to speak on various topics of interest to the local business community. John has also taught audit and business management courses on a national and local level. John and his wife, Becky, reside in Upper St. Clair. They have three children, Kristen, Jay and Scott.
